Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote clients’ products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Create compelling and effective marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, emails, and more.
• Manage and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements:

• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, branding, print)
• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams (designers, strategists, copywriters)
• Confident communicator, both in writing and speaking
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite or marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Experience managing clients in a marketing or creative environment will be concidered a plus
• Must be based in Limassol

• Create and curate engaging content.
• Manage social media calendars for consistent posting.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Manage social media budgets.
• Analyze metrics to assess campaign performance.
• Stay informed about platform changes and updates.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote clients’ products/services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Previous experience will be considered a plus
• Must be based in Limassol
